    TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! The company performed a service call to identify problems in my over-the-stove microwave and dishwasher. Service call went OK, and the technicians quickly identified the problems. However, when I called the next day to find out the cost of repair I was blown away by the ridiculously high asking price. To replace a the turntable motor in the microwave they quoted at $219 and to replace a broke drain pump in the dishwasher $269. The company does offer to subtract the service call fee if you decide to go through with the repairs. Even so, I looked for the broken parts on the internet, the mircrowave motor par was $19 and the dishwasher pump part was $60, which means minus the service call fee they would still collect $328 labor fee(without parts included). That is way too greedy! How many hours where they planning to spend installing 2 parts?
    The guy on the phone gave me some lame excuse about labor & parts being almost expensive as replacing the units with new appliances, said something about his industry dying because the cost to replace is cheaper. I just called other providers and got quoted cheaper labor rates, bought the parts myself and was done with it. Saved myself over $130 by doing a little extra.

    When one of our machines in the laundry room goes down I call my washer repair service, Dial Appliance Service to take care of it. They always arrive quickly and make the necessary repair. They send an invoice which is always reasonable. I would never use another washer repair service for our facility.

    I’ve been using Dial Appliance on and off for about 5 years. The service ranged from being “OK” to mediocre and the price point has been above the industry norm in most cases. The last repair involved diagnosing and repairing a range hood. The technician showed up, took a quick look, and quoted me $800 + labor to swap out a motor which HE found to be defective. I said “no thanks” was charged $87 for ‘the visit’ and went off to look for a used model like the one I have. Found one for $400 and decided to swap out the motor myself. to my surprise the motor was FINE, just stuck with a part that came lose. What would have been a 10 minute repair cost me the $400 + $87 for the “guru diagnosist” I did not need to spend because the technician is a …. d… not qualified or LAZY. I called the owner and showed the video documentation of the whole thing, he offered to refund the $87 and told me “tough luck” on spending the $400. Gotta “love” people who take responsibility for their actions…. NOT.

    They are so unprofessional its ridiculous. My freezer was not freezing and this repair guy came out and stood with my freezer open shined a flash light around and told me to defrost the fridge and that he would be back Saturday..Mind you its Saturday! And ive had the problem for 2 weeks already . So I asked can I have something sooner? He just brushed me off and stated “I don’t know, I don’t know” and tells me to defrost the fridge, I asked “what am I defrosting it won’t freeze!” He said, “I don’t know”. So when LG called to ask how was our service I stated “unsatisfactory”, only to have them have dial appliance call us back to not have anything change at all… and state “he already told you this and that….” So nothing changed.. so for 3 weeks with no freezer and 3 small children. My patience is done! With LG & dial appliance.. My warranty is under a year and LG states that my warranty doesn’t cover returns but only repairs. So dial appliance calls the day for repair and asks if my fridge is defrosted… So I say.. again…. “Its not freezing”, but im waiting for you, he yells “it needs to be defrosted!” Im telling him “I don’t know why you keep saying that!” They cancelled my repair because I got upset and told them that if I had proper understanding from the beginning this would never have happened! So he said he’s canceling my repair! After all of this hassel!… ANYWAY IM OVER BOTH… I WILL NEVER BUY LG PRODUCTS AGAIN! THEIR MOBILE PHONES SUCK! AND THEIR SERVICE FOR APPLIANCES SUCK AS WELL! & I’M UNDER MY 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND CANT GET PROMPT SERVICE NOR CAN I RETURN IT.

    They were responsive and the tech was knowledgeable. Both times they didn’t make their expected arrival window but they kept me informed, and the tech worked late in order to still come on the promised day. I suspect it’s because the tech is over scheduled. But Alex clearly knows what he’s doing and fixed the dishwasher, was knowledgeable and professional.

    Called them for Beko fridge repairs under the 1 year warranty period. The fridge is making loud rattling sound randomly which lasts for 3-5 seconds but they refuse to send any technician unless I can provide them a recording of the sound. Don’t expect any service from this company!!!!! Do your due diligence before purchasing from companies that use them for repairs.

    Which part of the refrigerator generates sound? The only part one can think of is the compressor. Instead of performing the almost impossible feat of recording the sound which is random and only last for 3-5 seconds, why not just do your part, send out a technician and inspect the compressor?

    Repaired dryer that had stopped rotating. One month later it stopped rotating again. Technician came promptly and fixed rotator belt ( different problem than first repair.)
    So far so good. No charge for second visit.

    Called them for Beko fridge repairs under the 1 year warranty period. The fridge is making loud rattling sound randomly which lasts for 3-5 seconds but they refuse to send any technician unless I can provide them a recording of the sound. Don’t expect any service from this company!!!!! Do your due diligence before purchasing from companies that use them for repairs.

    Demetri was the technician sent to “fix” our refrigerator three different times. Our refrigerator kept over frosting everything and His solutions were our floor was not leveled, and on the last visit he said it was a piece of Tupperware on the door that was this issue. I recorded his last visit on my phone and clearly have him saying he doesn’t know what the problem is, that it could be the door needs replacement. I recorded him agreeing that the “Tupperware is the not the problem and that he just doesn’t know” but it also kept repeating it may be the one Tupperware which was ridiculous. He would not send his report until after he left and stated again in his report it was Tupperware causing our fridge to overfrost.

    We got a new company sent by Frigidaire that stated immediately it was the door that needed replacement and that the report must be sent while on site- which demetri never did as he lied on his reports compared to what he would tell us he was going to say. They laughed at Demetri’s Tupperware theory.
    Demetri is unprofessional, lazy and has no knowledge on customer service. When we called to complain the following day after his visit we got no further then “sorry”. Horrible technician and worst customer service.

    I wish I could give a good review but I can’t. Dial appliance came to repair a washing machine that was leaking water. The technician did not have part so he would have to order it. This was May 5, 2022. 2 weeks later they called to come next day, however the next morning they called to say wrong part came in and they would reorder. Today August 2 almost 3 months later part from manufacturer has not been received. I called PC Richard and Son ( where I bought washing machine) and they gave me a technician who came May 31. He did not have the part for this brand but was able to use another brand that fit and repaired my washing machine the same day….in less than 1/2 hour. Dial Appliance does not have poor customer service…..they have NO customer service.

    I had a terrible experience with them. The worker is polite, but left my dryer with a noise, which he told it was the vent that needed to be cleaned. We cleaned the vent and the noise remains. I scheduled an appt with them, 10-4pm, guy doesn’t show up. I try to reschedule and they can’t commit to a first appt and a set time. I don’t work from home and can’t not work for days waiting for them.

    They misdiagnosed my oven and recommended I change Plumbing before offering to change any parts on the appliance.

    We had the Beko range checked by another company who told me they saw the issien and ordered the replacement part from the company.

    That fixed the issue and was covered under warranty. No need to pay for unneeded plumbing work.

    I do not recommended working with Dial as they were rude and showed no interest in being helpful or finding us a resolution.

    The technician was able to diagnose the problem and told me I needed z plumber because problem was in my pipe, not the machine.

    I wasn’t there but my renter seemed pleased and I’m happy that Dial did what was needed when they said they would and timely. I’m not sure why they had my renter but the new filter as I believe everything was under warranty. Overall very pleased

    The tech person who came to my house was very nice and sweet and very helpful. Got the job done quickly. How ever , the office person or boss wasn’t nice and very rude maybe just the way he is but he has no customers service. I had already knew where the problem was but the man acted like I was an idiot. He said let the professionals handle it. Needless to say my machine is working again but I also asked how long is the part they replaced under warranty for and the tech nor office person could tell me. My equipment is fairly new so it was odd to have it fail so quickly. I feel like my question was valid.
